Top 5 Drugstore Series: Maybelline

Hello everyone!

Maybelline is actually probably one of my favourite drugstore makeup brands and I seem to have accumulated quite a bit of it so today I thought I would talk about my top 5 products from the brand.

 Metallic Pomegranate
 On and On Bronze

I really LOVE these. I brought my first one on and on bronze when they were first launched a few years ago and ever since it was a formulation that I loved. However I never actually brought my second tattoo until November although once again I fell in love. I defiantly want to pick up more shades. The range currently has 9 shades and most of which are neutral colors and everyday shades.

I have tried this mascara before and always liked it but again I received this for Christmas and I have fallen in love all over again. It provides a great amount of length and volume and I am really pleased with it. The wand is curved and fits around the lashes well and has good grip. They do a few different versions of it but I think they are all pretty much the same.

Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Liner £7.99

If i'm honest I only received this on Christmas Day but I have used it everyday since and its now my favourite gel eyeliner. Its so easy to apply and I am fairly new to eyeliner and I have to say I am quite impressed at how easy it glides on and it looks pretty good. It does come with a brush but I use my real techniques detailer brush.

Maybelline Fit Me Concealer £5.99

This is my favourite holy grail concealer in the drugstore. Its the only concealer I have found to cover under eye circles and bags and spots and blemishes. Its a really creamy formula and I have heard its similar to 'Nars Creamy Concealer'. I haven't tried it but maybe a new good dupe in the drugstore. Its super affordable too which is a BONUS! Mine has lasted for 4 months and I use it everyday.

So this year we saw the launch of the baby lips. I was really excited about these and I actually brought all of them. I wasn't so pumped about the colours ones except 'Cherry Me' however 'Hydrate' (one show in the photograph) is my favourite non coloured one. It doesn't really have a specific scent as such but the other ones do. They are all quite fresh or fruity. Overall for £2.99 these are a bargain in the drugstore and they all have SPF 15.
